Description:
    I haven't had much luck coming up with alternative solutions to
the AcceptEx issue for the Diablo 3 installer, but for now I might as
well submit the tests I've put together.  This patch cleans up the
"src" socket initialization for the AcceptEx IO completion tests.  All
the tests use the same initialization, so this code was just
cluttering things up.
