xcopy: Fix spelling and slightly reword the usage message.

The 'id est' abbreviation is spelled 'i.e.'. However it's not all that 
widely understood so I replaced it with 'that is'. I tweaked the PO 
files to avoid fuzzying, hopefully there will be no conflicts.
