dssenh/tests: Added key exchange tests for the DSSENH cryptographic service provider (try 2)

Fixed a rarely occurring bug, where CryptImportKey returns a different
error flag on Win7SP1 64bit (in 32 bit mode). To further validate that
it is a rare situation here is the test with the bug:
