winealsa: Do not hardcode the ALSA buffer size to 4 periods.

This is a small patch to ease experimentation with buffer sizes.
Not that a larger buffer would have helped PA in any way :-(

The general idea is to reach a state where the various constants
can be changed independently of each other (e.g. DSound buffer
size, mmdevapi period, ALSA buffer size, ALSA hidden frames etc.)
