mciwave: Zero closed resource pointer to prevent reuse.

Hi,

this fixes bug #29035. I'm happy that it was "only" an
MCI issue, because I had feared an obscure race condition
within mmdevapi.  Oddly, the bug has been present since
ever and only manifested itself past the mmdevapi rewrite.
