po: Mark a couple of incomplete / invalid Chinese (Taiwan) translations as fuzzy.

I'm sending these as you're starting work on the Chinese translation and 
so it's in if the PO file is resynchronized with the Tryneeds-Chinese 
website...

The first message has a translation for the first sentence but not for 
the second.

The second message is the usual '&About Wine Help' which is almost never 
correct.
