kernel32/tests: DeviceIoControl: verify IOCTL_DVD_READ_STRUCTURE outputs same buffer as IOCTL_SCSI_PASS_THROUGH_DIRECT for two formats (try 4)

Tests pass on windows, linux, and mac.

Changes since try 3:
- add new test just for manufacturer field, and output clear warning
if problem caused by kernel bug seems present
- skip missing bytes test if it can't be done with data at hand (e.g.
if the buffers are e.g. all zeroes)
