dsound: Fix the computation of the mixer position in bytes.

Of course time = Pos/frequency, not *

One could argue that this patch is superfluous because dsound's
PerformMix must be rewritten to use GetCurrentPadding instead of
GetPosition, cf. bug 29472.  I hope Andrew or Alexey can do that soon.
