[PATCH] winealsa.drv: Remove "strange number of channels" FIXME

It's very noisy and totally uninformative. Our multichannel support is
somewhat broken in a lot of places anyway. Multichannel support would
make a good post-1.4 candidate, perhaps to be cherry-picked back into
the stable branch.
