mmdevapi/tests: Add a worst-case XAudio2 fragment-size writes scenario.

Hi,

although the latest test, I rebased it before the comprehensive rendering test
such that you'll be free to choose whether to apply now the next one or not.

This test will reveal weird timing.  OTOH one may argue that it should really be
completed by producing audible output.
