[PATCH 1/1] itss: Enlarge buffer to include space for a catenated value (try 2).

Description:
    This patch adds room in the path buffer for a terminating slash
(/).  Without this patch searching some CHM files results in the HTML
Help viewer crashing (Bug #29043).  This version incorporates Jacek
Caban's suggestion to remove the szRoot string and use character
assignment to add the slash instead.
