[msvcr100] Add wmemmove_s (try 3)

Changes since second try include:
- native doesn't set errno (despite msdn), so we shouldn't, either.
- use standard includes instead of duplicating definitions in a private .h file
- fix several typos
- remove unneeded checks

Passes testbot.
