[PATCH 1/1] hhctrl.ocx: Fix displaying the first page for some help files.

Description:
    This patch checks that there's actually a default topic specified
in the window type, if not then it uses the topic specified in the
#SYSTEM stream.  The patch fixes one of the issues reported in Bug
#21487.
