[PATCH 4/7] ntdll: Advertise that a file is a junction point.

This patch updates NtQueryAttributesFile to recognize symbolic links
as reparse points, allowing applications to determine that a file is a
junction point by checking for the FILE_ATTRIBUTE_REPARSE_POINT flag.
