[PATCH 1/2] winmm/tests: Add more mmioSeek tests. (try 3)

Update to include Jörg's suggestions for improvement:
* Remove redundant create_test_file call.
* Remove superfluous ok test against create_test_file return value.
* Remove a magic number used in temp_path variable.
