[PATCH 2/3] hhctrl.ocx: Recognize the embedded window name for finding existing windows (try 2).

If an HTML Help file contains a window name within the file (pszType)
then this name should be used to ensure that multiple calls to the
same file do not spawn in new windows (Bug #15970).  This patch
implements such support by checking whether a recently loaded help
file corresponds to an existing window name and, if it does, reloads
that file in the existing window.  This version of the patch has been
rebased against a revised first patch.
