[PATCH 18/25] winmm/tests: Add more MCI MIDI tests (auto-open).

Hi,

well, I should have joined both patches for the release.
During development, single-file tests are needed for testbot.

The reason I've added tests without filename here is that midi.c
already contains appropriate skips when MIDI is not available at all.
