[PATCH 2/6] [cmd] (Try2) Rename parameter passed to builtin calls

(Try 2 - Was part of previous patch)
When handling a built in call, we pass to it the start of the
arguments in a parameter frequently referred to as the cmd / command.
This patch just renames the argument to be called args, which more
accurately represents what is passed, and makes the code cleaner.
Aside from the rename this is a no-op.
