winealsa: Fix capture overrun logging.

Hi,

this prevents misleading messages about overruns in capture mode
and allows to see the capture callback in the log, like we did
with render mode.

I never submitted this earlier because I generally wait until
I gather more patches on a topic.  One of the reasons is that
gathering allows you to review several patches in a batch instead
of being obliged to rethink one component once every week.
Perhaps I'm the only one to think that makes sense...
