[5/5] vcomp: better stubs for _vcomp_enter_critsect and _vcomp_leave_critsect

Unlike normal synchronization calls, these are only used for parallelism
induced by openmp, so it's ok for them to do nothing as long as our openmp
implementation doesn't actually provide any parallelism.
