[11/13] wineconsole and kernel32: set GetLargestConsoleWindowSize based on screen resolution

This patch sets GetLargestConsoleWindowSize based on screen resolution stored in the registry.

It also improves GetConsoleFontSize to return the current console font size.

Tested on Linux Mint 14 and Mac OS X 10.8 (Mountain Lion).
