[4/4] kernel32: Improve GetConsoleFontSize, GetCurrentConsoleFont and GetLargestConsoleWindowSize

This patch adds helper functions to improve GetConsoleFontSize, GetCurrentConsoleFont and GetLargestConsoleWindowSize.

These helper functions get console data from the server.

Tested on Linux Mint 14 and Mac OS X Mountain Lion (via macports patches).
