cryptui: use add_usage_to_oid correctly

Spotted by Marcus Meissner and Coverity.

I argued about Marcus's patch that the functions should probably just
crash, but doing that would either be inconsistent with the surrounding
code, or necessitate a bunch of code reformatting that'd make the patch
larger than it's worth. So I opted for a simpler but more correct patch
than Marcus's. Marcus, apologies again for the sloppy code, and for the bad
review :/
