winemenubuilder: Use only existing file for icon creating.

Hello!
Some applications creates and stores lnk-files before creating 
specified in them icon files.
At this case, we have default wine glass at menu instead of native icon 
(as result of existing logic).
So, there is sense to wait for termination of parent process and use 
second chance to create menu icon IMO.
