cscript: Correct forming cmd for forwarding to wscript

Hello.

This is a small change for solving forwarding to wscript problem.

For built-in cscript.exe the command: wine cscript vbscript.vbs (where 
vbscript.vbs may consist anything WSH commands) leads to error -
fixme:cscript:wWinMain (0x7e900000 (nil) L"vbsscript.vbs" 1) forwarding 
to wscript. So I fix this mistake.
