kernel32/tests : added tests for copyfileex try5

check the os version in case of PROGRESS_STOP

try3:
do not use os version info, instead mark tests on win2k and winxp as 
broken

try4:
fix possible linking errors

try5:
Fix GetTempFileNameA
Dont write dummy data to file, just set file size using 
SetFilePointerEx and SetEndOfFile
remove threadid testing
added tests for cancelFlag pointer
added tests for flag COPY_FILE_FAIL_IF_EXISTS
added more comments
