po: Tweak the French translation of 'batch file'.

'Traitement par lot' refers to batch processing, as in nightly batch 
processing tasks for instance. A batch file is normally refered to as a 
'fichier de commande' which I think it much clearer.

Unfortunately Wikipedia is very inconsistent on this front and 
indistinctly uses 'fichier batch', 'fichier de traitement par lots' and 
'fichier de commandes'.

However Microsoft's Terminology document does translate 'batch file' to
