gdiplus: fix a clipping regression in GdipDrawString (try 3)

Going on an assumption, that 0 is a magic value (standing for 'point'),
compare against it. Fixes 6ab04040e52465e77558a067309e8a54bdc0f32c regression,
so would be nice if this got into wine 1.6.
