msvcp90/tests: remove thiscall_thunk_retptr struct definitions

[Austin English]

It's defined but not used in ios.c and misc.c. The multiple
definitions break compilation with TinyCC.

If this should be two patches instead, please let me know. It passes
WTB/make test, and it's only two lines, so I left it as one patch..
