[PATCH 2/2] server: Create directories with the specified security attributes (rebased).

This patch allows the server to create directories with a mode of 0555
when FILE_ATTRIBUTE_READONLY is specified (rather than 0777).  This is
required by Silverlight's PlayReady DRM system in order to setup the
correct permissions for the user-specific "cache" folder
(C:/users/Public/Application
Data/Microsoft/PlayReady/Cache/S-1-5-21-0-0-0-1000).
