shell32/tests: delete a nonexistent file in an existent dir or a nonexistent dir (try 3)

try 3:
     fix a typo
try 2:
     change 1026 to 0x402
     mark 'ret == 0x402' as broken, which exists in WinXP

I found that shell32 test hasn't covered DE_INVALIDFILES
