[3/5] gdi32: Return fake BBox when requested empty glyph metrics. (try 4)

Try 4:
   - Fix conflicts. (some test messages were updated)
Try 3: 
   - Rebase to recent source.
   - Separate ABC metrics change.
   - Use conditional operator.
