wmi&wbemprox: Fix a few OLE variant (VT) mappings

Simple patch based on the detailed analysis by Anastasius Focht in style
with the other VT_I4 definitions.

 

I hoped that perhaps Anastasius could verify the patch but since he's been
quiet and the patch is very simple I'm sending it in anyway.
