[1/2] imagehlp/tests: Add test for BindImageEx (try 13)

Finally got the pBindImageEx prototype right thx to aeikum. Also,
passing "nonexistant.dll" as string literal now possible because of
parameter's constness, meaning this patch is supposed to fix all issues
raised in http://www.winehq.org/pipermail/wine-devel/2014-July/104890.html
