[PATCH 1/2] ddraw/tests: Remove broken tests of D3DTRANSFORM_UNCLIPPED (try 2).

Henri and Stefan appear to be in agreement that this test is no longer
needed (doesn't work on new Windows versions).  Discovered while
working on Part 2.

Per Stefan's request the second call to TransFormVertices and the outH
memset is now removed.
transformdata.lpHOut initialization is also moved to the next place
where it is actually used.
