[PATCH] add xaudio2.h

Patch to add an IDL file to generate xaudio2.h, which was missing from
both Wine and mingw. Annoyingly, Windows changes the CLSID every version
but doesn't give it a new name - CLSID_XAudio2 here is the one from the
2.7 version, and I've created CLSID_XAudio20 through 26 for the previous
versions.
