kernel32/tests: Add test for FindFirstFileA() on directory

I'm trying to hack bug 34324[1], which is related to SHFileOperation
And FindFirstFile() is needed by SHFileOperation.

[1]: Bug 34324 - QQ2013 SP1 can't install
