[0/3] Wine is able to run on Debian GNU/Hurd

Hi,

The following three patches are enough to run Wine on Hurd.
Hurd has improved enough in the recent years to allow that with a few changes, and we can
benefit from our PATH_MAX removal patches like 85051917fe99e5c257638bf04caf7dfa94440410 :)

These new patches are paritally based on a patch by Andrew Nguyen, which was never sent to wine-patches.
I contacted him about it, but there was no response after seven days and
also he is quite inactive in Wine since some time. So i decided to split it up, rebase it and so on.
