[1/2] kernel32/tests: Add test to show ATL thunk emulator exceptions are not passed to usermode.

This patch adds more tests to reproduce the issue described in the bugs related to ATL thunk emulation.
In Wine a debugger or vectored exception handler can see the exceptions triggered by the ATL thunk check, but that doesn't happen on Windows.
