wininet: Always use test.winehq.org instead of www.codeweavers.com in tests.

Changes on www.codeweavers.com that redirect to https broke tests. This
patch fixed them. It's generated on top of my yesterday patch. TestBot
results are here (failures are known on recent IEs, my yesterday patch
didn't fix all of them):
