configure: Fix detection of ncurses library on Archlinux. (try 2)

Try 2:
* (Hopefully) fixed the issue that 'sed' on MacOS doesn't recognize the regular expression.
  I only had FreeBSD for testing, but I assume that 'sed' behaves approximately equal. (thanks Julliard)
