winex11.drv: Ignore ConfigureNotify events on hidden windows

Quartz-wm doesn't allow to set arbitrary window size. It resizes windows
to minimal size. This causes hidden windows to get resized without
resetting shape mask.

IMB Notes also depends on window size not being changed while the window
width is zero and height is non-zero.
