[PATCH 3/8] kernel32/tests: Add a bunch more GetVolumePathName tests.

This patch adds some tests for edge cases such as folders that don't
exist in a tree with an existing folder, NT-converted DOS paths,
invalid NT paths, invalid NT volumes, and completely unreasonable
NT-like paths.
