appwiz.cpl: Include package version in request URL.

This is currently not used on server side and the plan is not to use it.
However, it may be useful if we'd ever have compatibility issues with
already released versions and be forced to solve them the hard way.
Additional value in having this in URL is that we may collect better
statistics (although I don't think we collect them at all ATM).
