[PATCH] Update Debian package maintainer and website

Hello everyone,

It came to my attention recently that the debian package maintainer currently
listed on your site stopped maintaning wine after version 1.7.15. Besides that,
he does not provide a real debian repository, giving Debian users a poor
alternative to the beta wine packages outside of Debian's main repository.

On July 2012, I announced in the Liquorix forum that I would attempt to
maintain and alternative build on the liquorix.net domain in tandem with the
Liquorix kernels. It's been 3 years and I've succeeded thanks to Scott
Ritchie for maintaining his packages in launchpad for Ubuntu. All I do is take
his package sources, fix the dependencies for Debian Testing / Unstable, and
then rebuild using pbuilder-dist.

Anyway, I'm offering to host reliably updated wine packages for Debian that
will at most get outdated by two versions from Scott Ritchie's packages.
Please let me know if we can do this and if there's anything you would like
changed first.
