[PATCH 1/4] ddraw/tests: Make sure color keying is on in test_texturemapblend.

This fixed the random test failures like
https://testbot.winehq.org/JobDetails.pl?Key=12332 on 5 out of 5 test
runs. This kind of test failure has always been mutually exclusive with
the incorrectly applied color keying a few lines above.
