[PATCH] user32: Use function parameter if it set to be not stub

The patch is intended to fix the message
fixme:win:EnumDisplayDevicesW ((null),0,0x2b1f684,0x00000000), stub!
The function EnumDisplayDevicesW  has a parameter lpDevice that can be used but skipped.
