rpcrt4: Added missing marshalling calls for FC_INT3264/FC_UINT3264 types

Support for these types was added with 
http://source.winehq.org/git/wine.git/commit/a758a38fae73545541c8565a9b6780889ddbf6ab, 
but tables weren't updated. That's visible in logs as fixmes from 
PointerMarshall/PointerUnmarshall.
