This appears to be a bad rebase that I didn't catch, that change
should have happened in the TF_DISCONNECT patch.

Either I didn't get that message (I assume this was on IRC) or I've
completely forgotten about it.  Either way, I blame my work ;)  I'll
come up with a test for this, it shouldn't be too difficult.
