[PATCH 01/4 resend] msvcp110: Add tr2_sys__Open_dir implementation.(try 5)

         Fix buffer overflow.
try4:
         Fix TRACE msg.
try3:
         Fix buffer overflow again according to Windows' behavior.
         I had tested it on patch 4/4.
try2:
         Fix buffer overflow.(thanks Piotr and QianHong)
